SullyKraft LLC provides subscription-based AI automation services for dental and orthodontic practices, including AI receptionist systems, call handling, appointment booking, and follow-up automations. Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, all services will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time.
Any setup, onboarding, customization, or implementation fees — including AI voice agent configuration and automation deployment — are non-refundable once services have been activated or delivered.
SullyKraft may, at its discretion, offer performance-based service continuation or service extensions as outlined on the website or during onboarding. These arrangements do not constitute a guaranteed refund and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
