1. Services

SullyKraft provides AI-driven inbound call handling, appointment automation, messaging, reporting, and related software services (“Services”) for dental and orthodontic practices.

2. No Medical Advice

SullyKraft does not provide medical, dental, or clinical advice. All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed practice.

3. Performance & Guarantees

Any performance guarantees offered are conditional and outlined in specific service agreements. Results depend on call volume, clinic availability, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure legal consent for call recording and messaging
  • Provide accurate scheduling rules and availability
  • Comply with healthcare and privacy regulations

5. Payment & Billing

Setup fees, monthly maintenance fees, usage-based charges, and refund terms are defined in the client agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

SullyKraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed appointments.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, non-payment, or legal violations.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
